Washington, D.C. — Maggie’s List, a federal political action committee (PAC) dedicated to electing fiscally conservative women to federal office and statewide executive office, is proud to announce the endorsement of April Becker for Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District.

April Becker is a true Nevada success story. As a working mom with young children, April put herself through college and law school. She earned her Juris Doctor fromWilliam Boyd School of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science with a minor inCriminal Justice from UNLV.

April has always enjoyed fighting for the underdog and taking the tough cases. In 2012, April was inducted into the “100 Hours Club” by the Legal Aid Center of SouthernNevada for providing over 100 hours of Pro Bono legal aid to those in need. She has been recognized as Nevada Legal Elite since 2016, and as a Super LawyerRising Star since 2017. She is also an Associate Fellow with the LitigationCouncil of America.

April firmly believes in giving back and serving the Las Vegas community. Over the past two decades,April has served in multiple volunteer positions at The Meadows School, and in2014 was elected to serve on The Board of Trustees. She also proudly serves asChair on the UNLV Libraries Advisory Board.

April Becker is the founding partner at the law firm April Becker & Associates and is atop-rated business litigator & real estate attorney. April has built her business right in Southern Nevada. In her spare time, April enjoys traveling, community involvement, and spending time with her family. They enjoy giving back to the Las Vegas community they call home.
