Washington, D.C. — Maggie’s List, a federal political action committee (PAC) dedicated to electing fiscally conservative women to federal office, is proud to announce the endorsement of Kat Cammack for Florida’s 3rd Congressional District.

Kat Cammack is a small business owner who grew up on a cattle ranch, a third generation sandblaster, an alumna of the United States Naval War College, and the longtime former Deputy Chief of Staff to Congressman Ted Yoho. As a staunch defender of our second amendment rights, she sits on the board of the Friends of the Alachua County NRA, and as an advocate for our communities, she also is President of the Newberry Jonesville Chamber of Commerce. As a fierce advocate for President Donald Trump, she joined the 2016 Woman for Trump Bus Tour.

“As a strong conservative woman, I am proud to stand alongside so many others who are prepared to defend our values in Washington. We must work together to continue to show all Americans in every corner of our country that the principles we fight for offer the best path forward. As we rebuild our economy, we know that the policies of a limited government that empowers our small businesses are the ones that will bring us back to the strong economy we had just one year ago. Through voices like ours, we can ensure that message is heard loud and clear this November. I am truly honored to earn the endorsement of Maggie’s List and I look forward to working with these incredible patriots for many years to come,” states Kat Cammack, candidate endorsed by Maggie’s List.

Kat is married to Gainesville native, Matt Harrison who is a Firefighter/Paramedic & SWAT Medic. Together, they co-founded a non-profit organization called “The Grit Foundation” whose mission is to support local law enforcement, first responders, and veterans.

“Maggie’s List is proud to endorse Kat Cammack, a true conservative. She has the tools to make a difference in Congress and will fight for the needs of Florida’s 3rd district. She will hit the ground running in Washington,” states Sandra B. Mortham, Chairman of Maggie’s List and former elected Florida Secretary of State. “Cammack embraces the core values of Maggie’s List: fiscal conservatism, less government, more personal responsibility, and strong national security.”
